Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@maestro-design.co.uk to request a refund.

 2. Mail your returned item to:

 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned. These include all parts that have been printed or manufactured upon your backorder.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We can not refund the original shipping and payment fees as these will not refunded to us, either.

Exchanges

If your item is not excluded from returns and it is in like new condition, you may exchange it for another item(s) that cost more than the original one, paying the price difference and the postage of the new items. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

If you change your mind

If your goods have not been posted yet, and you change your mind, you can get a refund of the full delivery fee and the price of the goods (except for a 15% restocking fee). If a backordered item has already been sent out to print or manufacture, this item can not be refunded any more. Bespoke orders can not be returned at all.

Payment fees

Cash Payment and Stripe are free of charge, but we have to apply a small fee on PayPal payments.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders that are in stock, will be shipped within a few days for Economy delivery, and usually the next working day for Tracked services. When we are on holidays, you will be notified about the next shipping date via a store-wide notice at the top of all web shop pages. We do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible, but beyond this, we cannot take any responsibility for late delivery as this is entirely in the delivery company’s hands.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Royal Mail
  • Other courier (please contact me before placing your order)
  • Personal Collection

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that the orders using Economy and International Standard mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, your location and the insured value. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Backorders

If an item goes on backorder then it will be ready usually in 2-4 weeks. When all ordered items become available we will ship your order.
